I ordered a custom doll bag charm from trizulie after seeing one of their tiktoks and am so glad I did! The whole process was super easy with just sending reference photos and then receiving a sketch of the doll. I even requested to have my puppy in a purse and they were able to make a new sketch for me which was super nice. They also post updates on their Instagram stories on where in the process they are with custom orders which was super helpful. I love my doll so much and would highly recommend!!
